Thriving in an ever-changing world requires all of us to be lifelong learners. The future of work is learning, how we design and integrate it into all aspects of our workplace will define the success of the organization and the individuals in it. By understanding the research and practice of how we learn, and getting inspiration from other people’s experiences from across industries, we can better design learning into all aspects of work and life.

The Art & Science of Learning podcast is not only for those who work in the field of learning and development. This is for the corporate leaders who want to understand how they can foster a learning organization, the professional who wants to know how to adapt to a changing landscape, and the individuals who want to build learning experiences into all aspects of their lives.
